The resort is great! Our place could have been cleaner ( a candy wrapper and plastic beach toy left under the bed, two dirty wash cloths left hanging on the shower rod).The lightbulb in one of the lamps was not working, the toilet paper roller was missing, and of the 2 coffee cups there, 1 was broken. However, the bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was perfect!

Nice location, could use some maintenance.

The location was nice with convenient access to the beach. The halls and indoor pool area could use a deep clean. The halls had a bad smell most of the time. There were normally bags of trash and trash on the floor everyday around the property. Some trash bins were overflowing for some time. The check in instructions were not accurate so upon arrival I had to immediately begin trying to contact someone for help as the room we stayed in was accessed with a key code. It took contacting 2 people to get help. The room had limited supplies so it would be a good idea to take with you general home goods like trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, extra towels, coffee cups, etc… the unit does have a great ocean view and the balcony is nice for a beautiful sunrise. The site is huge and kind of a maze. The check in instructions could use details on how to locate your room. We had several issues with the unit while there. A lamp was not working and there are very few lights inside so it was pretty dark at night. The toilet failed at one point and had to be repaired to allow flushing.
