This was an amazing experience. We went on a Bachelor Party and the property management took care of us the whole time. They even went out of their way to plan events for us and clean up after us each day. We’re so thankful for them and the amazing house that we stayed in.

Absolutely wonderful home, the hosts went above and beyond in terms of communication and organized a wonderful boat day for us as well as had Terry Black's BBQ catered in for when we returned home. Certainly one of the best VRBO homes I have stayed at.

Bachelorette Party Stay

We stayed here with 15 girls on a bachelorette party! We would come back in a heartbeat and recommend this stay to anyone with a large group. Home was beautiful inside and out and the communication with the team was incredible. Overall a very positive experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Bachelorette trip

We had the best experience!! The house is so beautiful and lives so well. Our house managers were not only incredibly helpful and responsive, but such a pleasure to talk to. We really could not have asked for anything better.

Great house on Lake Travis next to Marina

This was a great place to stay on Lake Travis. We had 9 people for a long weekend stay and this house and backyard were perfect. Only issue with the house in the AC in the living room struggles to keep up with the Texas summer heat.

A+ rental

Above property management team was first class. This home has a great layout with an awesome kitchen to be able to cook meals and hang out with your group. The pool was awesome to be able to enjoy while it was still warm in Texas. Coffee on the porch overlooking the pool and lake was my favorite part of the trip.

Excellent in every way particularly because of Courtney the Above Residences host. She was phenomenal as in prompt, caring, open and friendly!The house is really “shabby or rustic chic”. Very nice appointments as in quartz countertops, high end tile, faucets and fixtures. Improvements? 1. Back two bedrooms were uncomfortably warm at night. Please put heat resistant window coverings inside or outside and or add split air conditioners to help.2. The pool was clean is big but could use resurfacing. Also green mold on tile facings on steps. Yuk. Otherwise a great property managed well!

For the price, we expected larger living areas and kitchen. With 16 people, it was often crowded. Three bedrooms (10 people, including 4 toddlers) sharing one bathroom was not ideal. The property description was misleading regarding that. Difficulty in communicating prior to arrival resulted in many duplications brought of items already in the house, as well as items listed in the amenities not actually included. It was a fun weekend at the lake and in the pool for the family but the property was a disappointment.

The concierge team is exceptionally helpful and accommodating, truly five star. The property is interesting and very clean. It is next to the lake and the insects are abundant. Towels were very limited and not of great quality considering the cost. Definitely a great time overall.
