Well equipped kitchen with comfortable beds! Walking distance to Albany market. It really helps. Keep a lot cooler property is very clean and comfortable.
It's a very nice property with laundry and other amenities in a quiet neighbourhood. Definitely appreciated being able to walk to shopping and restaurants.Everything was very clean.
This property is a perfect example of home away from home. The cleanliness of the property is top notch. I will recommend it to any friend any day anytime.
Overall, our stay was good. The rooms are big and it’s a great location. However, it was a little treacherous, trying to access the space due to the side walkway, not being shoveled. Also, unfortunately, the people that were above us were pretty loud and up through the night.
This was perfect for our needs and was very comfortable. Beds were great and very spacious living room/dining/kitchen. Only complaint is upstairs neighbors were loud/running around late at night, not sure if that is also a VRBO? (not the host's fault just an observation). Highly recommend!

Overall it was good, but the constant thumping of kids feet on the floor above me was annoying so much so that i left one day earlier and stayed at a relatives house.
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old for a month and a half due to our house flooding. There are a few pros and cons. The pros: The basement suite is modern and nice, the 2 bedrooms are large and there is plenty of closet space which was great. The bathroom has lots of counter space and room. If your staying here for a few nights with a couple people its fine. The host was great and always got back to us right away. The cons: the biggest con is how loud the people upstairs are at all hours of the day and night. They are up banging around until midnight and At 3 or 4 in the morning on a consistent basis it sounds like they are moving all their furniture around in their house. We are not the first people to complain about this in the reviews. They play loud music and it sounds like they have at least 4 kids running around screaming all the time. It doesn't seem like they care at all about disturbing anyone staying here. We had to ask more than once for them to move their vehicle off our side of the driveway for parking. Another con is that you have to constantly adjust the heat thermometer. It goes into "eco mode" every couple hours and defaults the temperature to 20. We stayed in the winter so we were constantly having to turn up the heat. The main kitchen garbage can is small, one you would find in a bathroom. The walls were dirty in some places and some of the cupboards were dirty on the inside as well.
This short term rental was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space; the bedrooms were large and both had a queen size bed, with lots of closet space if needed, the living area includes a large sectional with a big screen tv, and the kitchen has a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen had all of the basics and many extras. The unit was clean. I highly recommend staying here if you need a place in North Edmonton.
I rated the overall experience as poor and here is the reason why. The room was clean and spacious and presented well however, the noise from upstairs was annoying. During most days we were out. Returning in the early evening through the wee morning hours there was constant noise, loud voices, dragging and scraping of chairs, running back and forth on the floor and very heavy footed stomping. This went on till after midnight all nights. On the final night of our stay I woke my husband up around 2am and said can we leave. As we were gathering our things to put in the vehicle we looked up and saw lights on after 2am and we could hear clapping and voices. I understand there to be a certain amount of noise however, as paying guests we certainly wouldn't expect this. As of note both of us wore earplugs to no avail.
