About this property

Located on the south shore of Clear Lake with 200 feet of waterfront. Watch stunning sunsets from the Dock. The cottage is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes north of Toronto and 30 minutes to Bracebridge or Minden for groceries, gas, LCBO, Beer store, dinning and shopping. There are various great Golf courses in the Bracebridge/Minden/Haliburton/Huntsville area.

This cottage offers four bedrooms, one sofa bed and one full bathroom with all the comforts of home. A separate living room, games table, a fully equipped kitchen with counter height bar and a dinning room that will accommodate 8 guests makes this a great entertaining space.
