Appartement comme une maisonnette , donc pas de voisin au dessus mais juste à côté ( séjour en septembre donc personne cette semaine là). Logement très bien équipé , à 3 mn du Leclerc ( le trolley pour faire les courses est une bonne idée).15 mn à pied du centre de l’île rousse ça descend pour y aller et ça remonte pour le retour ..10 mn à pied de la plage de bodri.Le gros point négatif est la literie , le matelas est très dur, et le lit assez petit 140x190( on touche le bord en longueur car il y a un cadre)Ce serait un point à vraiment modifier.Sinon hôte réactif par mail accueil en physique par sa sœur .

Splendida vacanza a Ile Rousse

Ottimo soggiorno in una casa davvero accogliente con un bellissimo terrazzo dove mangiare comodamente e rilassarsi sulle sdraio. I proprietari hanno reso il soggiorno perfetto con la loro calorosa accoglienza. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro commerciale e la spiaggia di Bodri. Il centro di Ile Rousse è a pochi minuti di macchina.

Idéalement placé, 15 minutes de la plage à pied par un petit sentier et 15 minutes du centre ville. Appartement avec une très belle terrasse avec une belle vue sur l'île Rousse et ses alentours.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à l'Ile Rousse. L'appartement est très beau, ultra équipé et tout à fait conforme à sa description. La vue de la terrasse est superbe sur les montagnes et la mer. La communication avec Antoine et Anna était parfaite. Anna nous a très bien accueillies et a été très arrangeante. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Un très bon séjour dans cet appartement très fonctionnel où rien ne manquait avec une superbe terrasse qui nous a enchantée. Un petit bémol cependant, c'est un peu loin à pieds du centre ville. On a dû prendre la voiture pour y aller. Mais, la proximité du Leclerc et de la pharmacie était très appréciable. .nous y reviendrons sans problême.

Appartement spacieux, parfaitement équipé, au calme et idéalement placé pour accéder au centre d'Île Rousse ou s'échapper vers le sud. La location correspondait en tout point à l'annonce, et l'accueil sur place très sympathique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la climatisation dans la chambre étant plus que bienvenue en raison des fortes chaleurs.

Très bon séjour dans un gîte bien situé

Le gîte est très bien situé : il faut marcher 20 min pour aller au centre ville ou se baigner et le supermarché est à 5 min à pieds (quel plaisir d’aller faire ses courses avec le caddie mis à disposition !). La place de parking est un atout majeur. Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé, rien ne manque. La climatisation est une bénédiction… L’accueil a été parfait et les échanges avec le propriétaire et sa sœur ont été riches et intéressants. En bref, une bonne adresse à retenir.

Logement au Top

Superbe appartement, totalement conforme à la description de l'annonce. Logement très propre, hyper bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse donnant une vue sur les montagnes ainsi que sur la mer. Idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de l'Île Rousse (20 minutes à pied du centre ville et à moins de 5 minutes du centre commercial). Nous avons eu un très bon accueil par la sœur du propriétaire lors de notre arrivée. Nous tenons à remercier le propriétaire M. Volpei, pour sa gentillesse et son implication pour ses locataires. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement. Un grand Merci à vous !!!

nous avons passer 7 jours avec m ont épouse dans un studio fabuleux très propre et soigner comme nous aimons avec terrasse face a la mer; tout équipe, super marcher tout a coté nous avons eu a faire à la sœur de Mr VOLPEI une dame très charmante; nous allons souvent en corse car m ont épouse a vécu très longtemps à Ajaccio . la balagne , l iles rousse, sa place ombrager; son marcher, ses plages .nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir .je remercie Mr VOLPEI pour sa gentillesse .
