Clean and comfortable home situated on a quiet street. The host was great to work with and provided a lot of information prior to check-in. The hot tub overlooks a nice yard and was very relaxing.

The house was fantastic; clean, plenty of space and more beds than we needed, and lots of thoughtful things (sunscreen, seasonings, wood for the fire). The hosts checked in multiple times to ensure we needed nothing. The backyard was a very nice little oasis, with the hot tub and fire pit. It was a very relaxing weekend. And I hope to stay again!

The house is beautiful, very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was wonderful. We spent some time relaxing in the backyard and watching the birds. This is a hidden gem. Close to everything, just tucked away. Thanks so much Todd !!!!

Our family celebrated a late Christmas here and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, kitchen items, paper supplies, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was everything we needed for our stay and it was conveniently located not to far from stores. Having a washer and dryer there was great also for beach days. Only about 35 minutes from the beaches we visited. I would definitely stay again if we come this way again.

We had an excellent stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed at plenty of supplies example toilet paper and towels. Most comfortable beds and pillows. Using the hot tub after a long day of shopping topped it all off!! We will return next year if available.

Perfect Girls Weekend

This was a perfect location for a girls weekend. We each had our own room. The Morris and other attractions were a short drive. Reached out about needing a hair dryer and had a very quick response. Would highly recommend!

Hot tub was broken initially then repaired while we were there the first night . We never had a chance to use it because we were to bust and quiet time was 10 PM . We respect the rules so we never went in. Plenty of room. We only used the house to sleep a few hours and shower and leave for the ND game.

Excellent location and amenities

This property was exactly what we needed for our family to stay while we moved our mother. The number and configuration of bedrooms was great. Kitchen and common areas were the right size and provided different gathering opportunities. The hot tub looked inviting, but we were busy and couldn't avail ourselves. Having a washer/dryer available was also handy. There's a half bath at one end of the house and a bath near the bedrooms, so that provided an opportunity to use the half bath and not disturb others, especially at night. If we need to stay in South Bend again, this house is #1 on our list. You won't be disappointed.

This place is a wonderful property! Located on a quite street, very peaceful setting with the hot tub in the back yard. Plenty of space! Four bedrooms, 3 Queen, 2 Twin, and a daybed with a trundle. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. You really feel at home.
