We really enjoyed our stay! The home was comfortable, clean, and in a great location — just a short walk to the river access at either end of the block. The neighborhood was pleasant for walks, and having a carport for parking was a nice bonus. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall, a great place to stay!

Winter getaway

We had an excellent time. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The location is excellent for exploring. We could go to Nevada and California within minutes and we could find plenty in Arizona without having to go very far to amazing places and views. Absolutely one of the best vacations we’ve taken.

The property covered our basic needs

Basic needs were covered. Quiet neighborhood with the river being close by. We need good internet connection for remote work. We were not able to work for lack of connection. Bring your own condiments and spices as those items were limited. The white towels could use some updating.

After reviewing your comments with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:-We’ve submitted a request for a new router and are working with the internet provider to improve connectivity. In the meantime, a mobile hotspot is often a reliable backup in this rural area.- The home is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, and guests are encouraged to bring any specific cooking items they prefer, including spices and condiments.- We’ll be taking a closer look at the white towels and replacing any that are showing wear.Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.

Weekend trip for fishing

Thank you Michelle for our stay in Bullhead City. Your home was comfortable and in a convenient location. The area is quiet and the home sits across the street from the river which is just a short walk. There was just enough parking along the street to park our 26’ boat/trailer unhitched from our truck, and we parked the truck in the driveway. Just an fyi for future boat owners, if you need to charge your batteries, bring a long extension cord to reach the house as the house sits up off the road. A side note: when Michelle was contacted re: some household issue, she addressed the issue promptly. It was a nice stay.

The inside was nice and clean but small bugs were coming in the house, don’t know what they were. House was not near the river as ad indicated. To to hot, could not enjoy terrace.
