A bright, open-plan space for two offers a minimalist design decorated with neutral furnishings including timber tables and grey couches; all complemented by colourful decors like aqua decorative pillows and red bedside table lamps. The light living space features an L-shaped couch facing a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV as well as access to your balcony with water views from the sliding glass doors.

Nearby you’ll find a fully-equipped corner kitchen with all the modern appliances including a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, oven, electric stovetop, and all the cooking essentials you’ll need including wine glasses and crockery. If you feel like spending the night in; cook up a homemade meal, dine at the four-person dining table and then settle in on the couch.

Come evening, retreat to a spacious bedroom that features a plush king bed topped with quality linen, black-out blinds, and direct access to a pristine bathroom that has a shower, toilet, and spacious vanity with a mirror backsplash, as well as the convenience of laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer.

Additional offerings include centralised air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The best additions, however, are the building’s amenities which include a large, partly-shaded tropical outdoor pool—ideal for those balmy summer days—and scooters you can hire. Paid parking is also available on the premises.

If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
