This spacious condo in the Heart of Ketchum offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and will sleep up to 8 guests. There is an elevator to take you to the second-floor entry. On the main level is the living area with high ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV (no cable, has streaming). There is access to a large deck area with a table and chairs, a gas grill, and Mt views. The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops, hardwood floors, and 3 bar stools at the countertop. The dining table seats 6. As you enter the condo there is one of the 3 bedrooms with a King bed. It has its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. Down the hallway is the half bath and a full-size laundry room with a stack washer/dryer.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and access to a deck with outdoor seating and Mt views. This bedroom has its own full-size bath with 2 sink vanity, sunken jetted tub, separate shower, and large walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two built-in twin-size bunk beds. There is an elevator in the complex to get to this second-floor entry condo.

If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown Ketchum, this condo is for you! Walk to shopping, dining, and all that downtown has to offer. Starbucks and Ketchum Town Square are on the same block, and Atkinson's Market is less than a block away. Walk or bike to Sun Valley Village. Hop on the bus for a quick ride to Bald Mountain ski lifts. Everything is close by and handy with the location of this condo.
