Summary:
Umina is a popular destination for holiday seekers on the Central Coast, situated south of Gosford. Umina borders Brisbane Waters National Park where you can experience around 12,000ha of spectacular rugged sandstone country including Aboriginal engravings, bushwalking tracks, wildflowers and wildlife.

Umina's long sandy beach is one of Central Coast's most popular beaches for families, ideal for swimming and surfing.

Nearby Mt. Ettalong Lookout offers spectacular panoramic views of Umina and Ettalong as well as south across Broken Bay down to Palm Beach. You will be taking plenty of photos!

The Space:
Your own brand new four bedroomed property, with all the luxuries of modern living. On the ground floor, there is plenty of space, including two lounge areas, each with a smart TV and comfy seating. There is plenty of seating, both inside and out, for enjoying each others company along with food and wine. The essentials of a modern kitchen, laundry, downstairs toilet, and a home office cover most people's needs.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed, plenty of storage space in the walk-in-robe and the convenience of an en-suite. The second bedroom houses a queen sized bed and the remaining two bedrooms each have a queen size bunk bed. In the main bathroom is your choice as to whether you would like a quick shower or to long soak in the bath.
Outside provides a nice private area to chill.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house, except a couple of locked cupboards and the garage.

The Neighborhood:
Along with the beaches and bushland, there are the famous Umina Beach Markets, held on the third Sunday of the month. It is a vibrant and lively market; a place for visitors and locals to come together and enjoy the beauty of Umina Beach. Visitors are welcomed with friendly smiles to make Umina Beach Markets a memorable event.
The market is filled with unique and quirky stalls, where people can explore their creative and whimsical sides. The senses are enticed with visual arts, live buskers, delicious foods and more.

Getting Around:
While having your own car gives you plenty of freedom to explore, public transport is also an easy option. Trains and busses give you many options.

Other Things to Note:
We are yet to put up a fence at the front of the property. So please mind young children, making sure they don't go near the road.
Please return the outdoor cushions to the inside area after use so that they don't go missing.
