Fabulous 5 Bedroom luxury beach house with designer kitchen, Second kitchen, two living areas, two dining areas, 3 bathrooms and 3 decks. The house is just a very short walk 200metres to the surf beach, the kids' rock pool, Avoca's cafe society and the spectacular Avoca Surf Club. The house is also close to the 5 lands walk to Copacabana. Sleeps 12. 1 King bed, 4 queen beds and two bunk beds
In Christmas school holidays there is a 7 night minimum stay. Please note: There is no hot tub. This is strictly a NON SMOKING PROPERTY inside or outside the house.

We loved staying at Heather’s beach house. The house has everything and is perfect for a little weekend away with multiple families with young kids! It’s also a 3 min walk to the beach!

Our stay at Drift Luxury Beach House was perfect! We were three family travelling together with young kids and the house offered plenty of space for each family. Every family had their own bathroom and large rooms meaning we didn’t feel cramped at all. Lots of comfortable play areas including an outside deck and front balcony which were family friendly and really nice. Very close proximity to the beach meant that we could easily walk there without navigating parking. Amenities were excellent with beach equipment (the wagon was a real life saver!), kitchen supplies, great laundry supplies - making it really easy to stay for the week. Very clean with some great children’s toys and books. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Comfort and convenience

The house is beautifully set up for visitors. There are two levels, hence ample space, natural light and thoughtful interior design. Our family loved it, would definitely recommend. The beach, cafes etc is a short stroll away

Great house and location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Drift. Heather was lovely to deal with and very helpful. The location of the house was a short 2 min walk to the beach and cafes. The house also had lots of games and toys for young children which was perfect for our 16month old daughter. We can’t wait to stay again!

Girls Weekend Away

Amazing house for a relaxing weekend away with friends. Fantastic outdoor space for a cocktail or two, stunning and fully equipped kitchen to prepare a feast to share around the large dining table and very generous bedrooms with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. Minutes to the beach and cafes. Loved our stay and hope to return the same time next year!

Fantastic escape

The house was clean and very well equipped. Many different spaces to spread out and relax. Close to the beach, walks, cafes and theatre. Heather gave us detailed information about the area. We’ll definitely be back.

Avoca’s piece of serenity

A beautifully presented and appointed residence with thoughtful inclusions. We were a group of 5 single women who were able to enjoy their own bedroom and ample bathrooms. Great location with easy access to the beach. A very enjoyable location for a quick catch-up. We shall be back.
