Just a 2-minute drive reveals the awe-inspiring Cataract Gorge, an absolute must-see while visiting our beautiful city.

This remarkable residence spans three levels. Enter the ground floor with an expansive double garage, offering the luxury of off-street parking. The fully equipped laundry and a downstairs bedroom are conveniently located here, with a plush double bed for a restful sleep located within the bedroom space.

The middle floor features a generous bathroom, a separate toilet, and the heart of the home: an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining space. Natural sunlight pours through north-western facing doors throughout the day, warming up the space beautifully.

The open living-dining area features tasteful furnishings including a 6-seater dining suite and comfortable seating to enjoy some entertainment on the smart TV. The sleek kitchen hosts contemporary appliances, including an induction cooktop and dishwasher. Entertain effortlessly with the island bench and sliding doors opening onto the inviting deck with stunning river and mountain views.

The top tier reveals two luxurious queen bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The first queen bedroom offers plush bedding, a built-in wardrobe, and the thoughtful touch of a cleverly integrated desk. The master queen bedroom boasts stunning scenic views and a private balcony. A generously sized walk-in wardrobe completes the space, ready to house all of your personal belongings.

The adjacent bathroom offers a tranquil atmosphere through elegant designs, a walk-in shower and spacious bathtub for ultimate relaxation.

Nestled amongst these iconic buildings, you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces.

Launceston has many things to see and do including the vibrant Harvest Market every Saturday morning, the Princess Theatre, hosting local, interstate, and international performances, the Star Theatre for a cosy, cinematic experience, and many pubs and venues that host amazing live, musical talents.

Often referred to as the 'Lygon’ Street of Launceston, you will find some of Launceston’s most popular eateries and amenities on the illustrious Charles Street. George St is also known as ‘Eat Street’ with a range of restaurants, bars, gin houses and cafes to cater for most tastes.

The Cataract Gorge is just minutes away, a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

The City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys. Nearby, you will find Penny Royal World. This attraction provides you and the family with a fabulous day out, with boat rides, rock climbing, rope courses, and more found here. For the adults, Penny Royal also provides a beautiful atmosphere where you can enjoy a wine or coffee.

An additional area to note is the Seaport Precinct. Here you will find some of Launceston’s most beloved restaurants and bars scattered along the edges of the Tamar River. Restaurants to note are Mud Restaurant and Bar, the Levee Food Co. and Spice. Across the bridge you will find the Riverbend Park for all day play entertainment, the Boathouse Café and Silo Hotel.

Getting Around:
To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).

ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple and orange electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the Apps ‘Beam’ and ‘Neuron’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

BIKE RENTAL: Roll Cycles at 112 Cimitiere St offer bike rentals with options to suit most riders. Whether you are taking a leisurely stroll around town or taking on our world-famous mountain bike trails, Roll Cycles have you covered.

UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.

TAXI: Local taxi service can be found on the internet.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE: The airport shuttle service can be found on the internet.

Other Things to Note:
There is ample off-street parking found in the double garage which measures 6m X 6m.

Please note that this is a three-story house and that you will be required to climb stairs to reach the main living areas, bathrooms and bedrooms.

The property is family-friendly; however, please note that there are no baby gates for the stairs.

For longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid stay cleaning charge will apply to your stay.

Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.

A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by agreed check out time.
