Welcome to the White Velvet Farm Haus! This gorgeous upscale, luxurious home is located one block from Main Street Fredericksburg. The home has been custom designed to host families, couples, and friend getaways. Enjoy the open layout and fantastic dining and kitchen areas this gorgeous has to offer. You will enjoy the incredible outdoor amenities, from relaxing in the hot tub to sipping wine around the fire pit!

This gorgeous home consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious bedrooms offer the latest mattresses and bedding offering an optimally comfortable and luxurious night's sleep especially after the long days of enjoying downtown Fredericksburg and the local wineries. It's the perfect place for your guests to relax and unwind. Our open-spaced kitchen comes fully stocked with plate ware, flatware, serving platters, glassware including wine glasses galore, and other little necessities for those wishing to dine in.

Perfect location…not so perfect accommodations

We ( 3 adult over 55 females) wanted to stay close to Main St. And we were happy to find that this property was. We had a minor issue with an AC unit when we arrived and reached out to Cozi. They responded promptly and it was resolved. These are the positives we experienced. These are the negatives we experienced: The bedroom towards the back of the property was very noisy- not by exterior sounds but by interior noise. There is no where to hang clothes ( there is no doorknob on what could be a closet but I could not open it to find out)The small bathroom close to this bedroom was so narrow I could not blow dry my hair without hitting my elbows on the walls. There are no hooks for wet towels. The other bathroom was spacious and configured well. However, my 2 guests that used it constantly dealt with ants ( in the sinks, counters, etc) . Again, no hooks for wet towels. Relaxing in the living room in the evenings was challenging. The green sofa is lovely to look at but incredibly uncomfortable. The rug in this room is filthy. The listing states this property accommodates 6. The outdoor seating only accommodates 2 ( with the exception of the fire pit which has 4 seats) There were 3 of us and we were always short a chair. Your primary market/customers are female. This property is not suited for adult women wanting to enjoy down time and does not meet our basic needs.

Oasis in Fredericksburg
