Three bedrooms and two full baths sleep four people comfortably. The 3rd bedroom is positioned as a office/den provides extra space for relaxing or working and a full size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests. Fully renovated with high-end European fixtures and appliances, granite counters, and exquisite contemporary art, this condo is designed for the discerning guest! The Hawk?s Nest community pool is right across the parking area from the unit with plenty of chaise lounges, offering a quiet place to soak up the sun. Outside the Hawk's Nest neighborhood, you can follow the running and biking paths through the lushly landscaped 4,000 acres that make up Fiddler's Creek, finding nature preserves and all kinds of native Florida plants along the way. The main 54,000 square foot Club & Spa facility is about 1.5 miles from the condo offering a full private resort experience! Membership to Club is transferable with your rental and includes use of the 3 resort style pools with beverage and towel service, two on-site restaurants, state of the art fitness center featuring a full schedule of classes, tennis center and social events. There is a $750 one-time transfer fee for use of the Club & Spa amenities and it is not included in the automatic price quote as it is optional.

2025 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.
