If you’re on the fence, don’t be. The house was great. Very private, very comfortable! Easy check in, easy check out - fantastic. Hot tub was great, kitchen was great for cooking and we had a blast with the games. Bring charcoal for the grill and eat like a king or queen!

I must say that this house is just what we needed. The kids had room to hang out in the field, play basketball, and we grilled out in the backyard. The house is very open, and the host is extremely welcoming. This is our second stay here. We will be back next year! Our only recommendation would be to put a pillow topper on the full-size mattress in the front bedroom. Thanks again.

Great house for fisherman!!

Recently renovated home with plenty of parking for trucks and boats and six beds, which accommodated our needs for a bass tournament on Lake Nickajack. We will stay there again for sure!

We were in the area visiting family and this home was perfectly situated close to them but also within reasonable driving distance of Chattanooga and surrounding areas for dining and entertainment. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home was perfect, so clean, and just off the beaten path enough but convenient at the same time. The home was decorated for the holidays and our family enjoyed every minute of our stay! The hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit! Definitely recommend and we will be back!!

Great place for a weekend get away

We stayed for two nights and the place was great. Plenty of room for everyone in a very quiet, secluded area. It was clean and comfortable. Close to Chattanooga and other areas for shopping. The video games were cool and we used the fire pit. Overall, it was a nice place and we will stay again.

Perfect for Families

This propery is off the beaten path with a huge yard and lots of activities for the family! Foosball, connect 4, basketball, and a hot tub! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here with the grandkids! Very clean with a well equipped kitchen! The only thing it was missing was a Kuerig type coffee maker. Would definitely recommend for families with active children or couples who wanted some peace and quiet!

Perfect secluded spot near Sweetens

Property is exactly what’s needed for a quick weekend at Sweetens Cove. Property and home are just as described with ample outdoor space for yard games and a nice outdoor grill and pit for quiet evenings. Lots of beds and Stacey is super friendly and helpful for anything. Will stay again next time in the area

Bryant home rental

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the open concept was wonderful. The hot tub, fire pit, spacious outside area to play and the tree swing were enjoyed as well. It was also close enough for a trip to Chattanooga for the aquarium for a couple hours. We will definitely want to stay again.

Nice place for our stay for 4 nights. Very clean. Make sure you bring soap and shampoo. There is a DG 10 minutes from house. Hot tub was perfect for relaxing after spending the day hiking.

Property was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for the grandkids to run and play. Away from the street so it was very peaceful! We loved everything about this property except it needs a Kuerig type coffee maker. The kitchen was well equipped other than that! The back deck and hot tub were a favorite gathering spot for our family.
