Great!

This was a really lovely condo in a great location with easy access to lots of great location. Chandler has lots of great restaurants which are very close. The pool and hot tub are very close and easily accessible to the condo. Lots of great amenities. I would highly recommend and would definitely choose this stay again.

Very nice interior, not so nice exterior

We were pleasantly surprised with the updated interior of the unit. It was clean, well appointed, and appeared to be recently renovated. The one problem was the outside stairs going up to the unit. There was no railing to hold onto (which makes it treacherous for seniors and carrying luggage up and down), and the stairs were in disrepair, there were stains on the walls that looked as if a dog had urinated next to the upper landing area…a bad first impression and completely out of character for the delightful interior of the unit. The only other negative was the pool area, overflowing trash cans and pool full of leaves and dirt.

We're delighted that you enjoyed the updated interior and found it clean and well-appointed.-We apologize for the issues you encountered with the outside stairs and the pool area. The stairway does have a shorter wall that can be used for support, as shown in the listing photos.-The stain you mentioned is due to rain runoff, not from a dog, and we have been actively working with the HOA to address the repainting of the stairway and exterior walls. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to pursue a resolution.-Regarding the pool area, we are sorry for the overflowing trash cans and the condition of the pool. We will bring this to the attention of the maintenance team to ensure it is addressed promptly.Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are committed to improving the overall experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
