The convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom! Located on the quiet shores of Cape Canaveral with views of the Kennedy Space Center, the Banana River, and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Clean and convenient

Our two week stay was perfect for our family. The view, the pool, and the condo were just what we needed. We were always told about any cleaning or maintenance changes to the building by email and I really appreciate how easy the check in and check out was at this location I would not hesitate to come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice condo with great view of ocean/beach. We even saw a rocket launch from front doorstep!Only downfall was the washer broke down. However we did receive a credit for our inconvenience. Would definitely stay again as long as there is a new washer which I’m sure there will be.

Amazing vacation

The condo was amazing. From the start it has a covered parking spot to keep your car cool during the day and there are carts to help in bringing all your stuff up to the condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated and had a bunch of beach stuff like chairs and umbrellas to use. In the morning and at night you can sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise or sunset and you are so close to the beach you have a really nice ocean breeze. The communication with the property manager was amazing. She was quick to respond with any questions I had. Overall me and the kids got so much more than expected staying here and we will definitely be staying again in the future.
