Amazing Property

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic home, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the host's warm hospitality and attention to detail. The space was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. This home truly felt like a home away from home. Five stars all the way!!

You share the backyard in pool, no good

The place itself is nice, but if you're going to rent this beware, you share the pool in the backyard with the people she rents out to downstairs, which is not listed on the first page. It's listed under the 60th amenity. You are also being watch twenty 47.They don't take the eyes off their cameras

Beautiful home - complicated host

Home was beautiful and clean. However had many problems with host. At first I tried to get my money back minutes within booking because host messaged me and was saying something different than on description. Host decided to only give me half back of 750 I payed. Decided to stay and work with host to not lose money. Property rented for new years and host wanted my guests to leave by 11. Kept guest longer anyways tried to charge my extra because I checked out at 1, which is not true, friend just left her car there overnight and picked it up around 1. Also tried charging me for having guests even tho description says max 15 guests. Overall just a greedy host that will try to upcharge u for any little thing. Find place with someone less greedy.

Hi Tatis, First of all you booked for only 4 people for the whole house. I reached out to you to tell you we are strict on numbers booked because we charge based on numbers booked and told you absolutely no party allowed. I specifically told you if you wanted to party in the house, you should please cancel and book somewhere else. But the Vrbo cancelling fees is half off because you did last minute booking and I was willing and working with you to help resolve this but you decided to stay and I made an accommodation for you to have your family until 1am to celebrate new years. But when you checked in, you had only young people that came into the house and that wasn’t your parents as you had claimed. You guys had loud music in the house up till after 5am with over 25 people in the house. I got calls and messages from neighbours due to loud music and noise from in and outside of the house. I had to call you after 5am to turn the music down and tell people to leave the house because we DON’T ALLOW PARTIES in the house. You refused to follow the house rules and had over 20 guests in the house. Your guests went back into the house using the back door after I asked you to tell them to leave and you continued to party in the house. The CCTV camera captured everything. You were charged for the extra guests and for not following the house rules. You lied about everything and was uncooperative. Generally I had a bad experience with you and wouldn’t be renting to you in future.
