The chalet is composed of two floors:

On the ground floor, you will find:

✦ A living room with a smart TV. This allows you to directly connect to your Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney accounts. Enjoy the electric fireplace embedded in a beautiful Farmhouse-style cabinet!

✦ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook delicious meals during your vacation. Dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, food essentials are available to facilitate preparation. You will even have access to a raclette grill.

✦ A first bedroom with a Queen bed and storage closet.

✦ A second bedroom with a Double bed, closet, and dresser.

✦ A complete bathroom with a combined shower/bathtub.

In the basement, you will appreciate:

✦ A second living room with billiards and foosball to liven up your evening.

✦ A third bedroom with a double bed and dresser.

✦ A fourth bedroom with a double bed.

✦ A second bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor terrace will allow you to enjoy great barbecues and good times with family.

The dock is located 40 meters from the chalet, just down the stairs leading to the lake.
Also, 3 kayaks are waiting for you!
The availability date of the dock and boats may vary from year to year depending on the water level of the lake.

✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a storage area.

✦ By booking with us, you will receive a Guest Manual providing all the important information you need to know about the chalet, as well as addresses of relevant activities and shops nearby!

• Dog Friendly Policy:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who did not respect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional fee: $100 per stay per dog.
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from a previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must not exceed 40 lbs.
๏ The chalet must be left clean and in such a way that it does not appear a dog was present to facilitate the cleaning team's work.
๏ Your dog must be "house trained," and must not access the bedrooms or climb on the furniture.
๏ Your dog must not cause noise nuisance for the neighbors.
๏ Guests must pick up the dog's droppings at all times and keep the yard clean.

*PARKING*
Please note that the parking space closest to our house belongs to our neighbors. Access is therefore shared with them.

*BARBECUE*
Due to the cold weather during the winter months, our barbecue will be temporarily unavailable between November and April.
