Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Located only minutes from Wagga CBD, the Centre of Wagga Wagga, the Murrumbidgee Turf club, The Murrumbidgee River, Murrumbidgee wetlands, , CSU not to mention 2-minute walk to the Hospitals. Easily Accessible to the Railway, Kapooka Army base for visiting family members on March Outs. In addition to this, coffee shops, restaurants and the French baker are just across the road!

The space
4on Bolton has been recently renovated and freshly painted. My style is a mix of old and new telling my story! I love to collect art and have some super cool piece’s hanging throughout the space. The back garden is new and a “work in progress” in saying so in the warmer months it is peaceful to sit outside and enjoy a relaxing beverage

Cozy, clean and convenient

All that we needed for a short stay in Wagga Wagga. It was very homely and clean and had all that we need to feel comfortable and enjoy our stay.

Lovely weekend in Wagga

The house was perfect for us - my husband and I along with our daughter and dog really enjoyed our stay. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so we could enjoy sitting in the garden. The house was well equipped and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall we would highly recommend.

What a lovely cottage for my wife and I to stay at during our visit in Wagga Wagga Had a lovely yard for our dog and the location was very easy for us to get around Wagga to visit family Would definitely stay there again

Perfect for our needs

A quaint cottage with a classy touch. Quality linen, crockery and glassware. Loved the backyard garden. We were so busy we hardly got any time to enjoy the place but it suited our needs perfectly.
