The space
The layout is ideal for a family of four, with a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge, two bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. A plus is the media lounge and large deck upstairs.
The main bedroom features a Queen bed and a range slider that opens onto a private deck, there is also a desk. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have generous-sized wardrobes. A single trundle bed is available if required. All bedding and linen are provided.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, eco-friendly hand and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Bath towels are provided. A front-loader washing machine is available for use.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction cooktop, oven, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, Air Fryer, microwave, rice maker, Nutribullet, and sandwich maker.
Outdoor furniture and a Webber barbeque allow for alfresco dining.

Situated on a large elevated section, screened by bush and at the end of a cul-de-sac guests have access to the entire lower level of the house and upper-level mezzanine and deck, with ample parking for two cars or a car, and a small boat.
