Located on the ocean in Point Prim, Prince Edward Island, this charming waterfront home includes all the features necessary for a relaxing vacation. This estate can house 6 people and is situated on a large 6 acre lot with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and take in magnificent views of the Northumberland Strait. The beach is excellent for swimming, walking, bonfires, and finding treasures. The world-renowned Point Prim chowder house and lighthouse are a short walk up the road.

The 6 acre waterfront property includes a 2000 square foot home. The home sleeps 6 people: a master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet, walk in shower, double sinks, and jacuzzi tub: a guest room with a queen bed and closet: and another guest room with two single beds and a closet. Both guest rooms share a bathroom in the hallway with a single sink and shower tub. The home has beautiful, unmatched ocean views.

The summer home is a 7 minute drive from Cooper’s general store where you can get gas, liquor, groceries, and more. It is also 30 minutes from Montague, here there are stores, breweries, a marina, and more! The Wood Islands ferry is 24 minutes from the home. Charlottetown is a 38 minute drive from the home.
