Wonderfully convenient location, bus stops opp. our door for Fleming, Trent U and bus depot. 15-20 minute drive to Lake Chemong, Lakefield, Warsaw caves, and the Kawarthas. 5 minutes to lakeside concert venues and large sandy beaches. Walk or cycle all along the Otonabee riverside, till Trent university.

Inside the apartment: your own private heat exchange pump, to keep you comfortable, and lots of rec and office/study space, downstairs. Dozens of great cafes, restaurants and pubs.

A fun get-a-way just 75 minutes from the GTA!

BTW: Nice big garden boasts all sorts of herbs, veggies and flowering shrubs, plus some enormous old trees, and a nice big patio, for hanging out outside.

And there's a great sit-down porch in the front, off the kitchen.
