Immerse yourself in nature's tranquil embrace while being a 7 minute drive away from Rainbow Plaza and a short 12-15 minute drive to the ski lifts, bars/restaurants and shops of Whistler Village. For water enthusiasts, Green Lake is just 5 minutes away, beckoning you to enjoy boating and paddle boarding. The property's immediate surrounding offer an array of biking, hiking, and cross-country ski trails. Cougar Mountain adds another layer of excitement, offering a number of activities including razor tours, zip lining, aerial obstacle courses, and the enchanting Vallea Lumina experience - adventure awaits!

Step inside to a spacious, bright, open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a living room with a cozy couch and smart TV (no cable). The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and ample storage, the secondary bedroom has a tri-bunk, perfect for a small group of friends or family.

Just a 12-minute drive north of Whistler Village, WedgeWoods is a private development and truly showcases alpine adventure. Encompassing 600 acres, half of which are protected wilderness, the area has multiple famous hiking and biking trails as well as a river running through. A short drive from Pemberton and world famous snowmobiling, as well as Garibaldi Provincial Park which stretches all the way up the mountainside.

One parking spot to the left of the garage. Please note, no undercover parking. On street parking for additional vehicles.

THINGS TO KNOW
- This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are not allowed. Base occupancy is 4 adults and max occupancy is 5 adults. The fifth adult pays C$35 per night per person.
