Pet Friendly Tropical Escape in Sunshine Beach
Your private entrance is at the front of the townhouse and there is a single car garage with internal access directly into our home.
There is an additional parking space on the left hand side of the garden.
The ground level comprises of two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, main bathroom with a low bath (perfect for children), laundry with washing machine / dryer in one and a walled courtyard to the front and a fully enclosed rear garden surrounded by lush tropical trees.
A set of stairs leads up to the open plan living, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The lounge area cosy couch and large smart TV with Netflix and the lounge flows out to a beautiful balcony with Weber BBQ, bench and looking out to lush trees. There is also an air conditioner upstairs and fans throughout. The top level enjoys cooling breezes and is fly screened throughout.
