Enjoy the best location in Ptarmigan Village - closest building to the indoor pool, sauna, outdoor hot tub and sport courts. The laundry facility is directly across from the unit and Elmer’s fishing pond is 100 yards away. Unwind on the rear deck and watch your little buckaroos romp on the playground.



Savor the Air Conditioning (added to loft in 2023) on warm summer days or listen to the crackle of a toasty fire in winter. Take the chill off with radiant floor heating in both bathrooms.



Entertain your posse after an adventurous day with 2023 Roku Smart TV’s in every room, including a 65” TV with sound bar in the living room. All TVs have streaming apps, Spectrum TV and Airplay capability. High-speed WiFi is included, enabling full connectivity for work and play.



Rest comfortably in 6 beds that sleep 8 people - queen beds in both downstairs bedrooms and 4 twin beds in the loft for flexibility.



Feed your hungry wranglers from the fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, pots & pans, crock pot, air fryer and outdoor grill.

A wonderful property, steps away from the pool and park. House is spacious and has everything you could need. Host was great and super easy to get a hold of if needed. The whole property is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Lots and lots of stairs, so I would suggest bringing a baby gate if you have little ones!

Spiral steps were difficult to go up or down, just not used to a tight stairway like that. AC worked but it got hot due to the weather being in the mid 80's.

Enjoyed our stay! Pool area is wonderful. My boys loved the fishing in the pond and even caught a rainbow trout. Private beach and dock access is a very desirable amenity. Great place!

Welcome to Ptarmigan Village. we are a private HOA community located on 52 forested acres of land on big mountain. water and sewer are provided for and managed on site. The amenities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and wet sauna. Elmer’s pond is a small pond we stock with fish every summer for the kiddos to practice their angler skills. There are hiking trails throughout the village as well as two tennis/pickleball courts. our owners and guests also have private access to beachfront and dock on whitefish lake.
