Casa di Praia is a gorgeous new townhouse that has everything to offer for your relaxing holiday or weekend away. Perfect for 3 couples or 1-2 families, corporate or ladies weekends access to the beach is just a few blocks away.

A perfect retreat designed over two levels with two Master ensuite bedrooms, with stunning modern amenities including covered al fresco dining with heat strips and built in Barbeque and outdoor kitchen, gas fireplace, large smart TV downstairs, heating and cooling on both levels and a luxury heated pool. Downstairs the living area opens onto the enclosed private and fenced rear area complete with an outdoor table setting for eight and two lounge suites overlooking the glass fenced pool, outdoor shower and outdoor day bed. The open plan living/dining (for 8) and large modern kitchen create an entertainers delight! All the kitchen luxury conveniences are present including a fridge/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, Ilve large chefs oven, microwave and walk in pantry well stocked with platters, glassware and crockery.
The main luxurious Master bedroom, with walk in robes and ensuite is located on the upstairs level, at the front of the property with views across to Arthur’s Seat and Red Hill. A second Master bedroom is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe. Two further spacious bedrooms, including a queen bedroom and 2 king single bedrooms, main bathroom and upstairs lounge retreat with smart TV and bose sound bar are also located upstairs.
Downstairs a further powder room and separate laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer are available. Although the internal garage is not available for guest use, there is parking available for guests for up to 3 cars in the driveway.

Please note:
(i) Additional charges apply ($140 per day) for gas pool heating but not solar heated pools or gas heated spa. Please inform Holiday Shacks if you wish to have gas pool heating at the time of booking to ensure this can be arranged for your stay. Guests must book pool heating for the duration of their stay.
(ii) A Security Deposit (Bond) of $2,000.00 is required for all bookings.
We (Holiday Shacks) will email you a week prior to your stay requesting payment of bond, with a link to pay this.
A 2.5% credit card surcharge applies to credit/debit card payments.
After your stay, we process the return of your bond within 14 working days to process, once our housekeeping teams have checked and serviced the property and no bond deductions need to be made.
(iii) Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us.
(iv) Strictly no pets allowed: This property is not pet friendly. Evidence of pets will ensure bond is withheld.
(v) We do not accept schoolies, bucks/hens bookings, groups under 28 years of age, nor do we accept parties or events due to strict council regulations. This excludes family bookings travelling with children under 18 years of age.
