This is our second stay at the property and once again, it was thoroughly enjoyed. Being a family of 5, this property and its close proximity to the water is excellent. The facilities are good and accommodating. Only let down is the traffic noise.

New, nicely appointed and furnished 2-storey town house/apartment overlooking the beach. For a family of four, we couldn't fault it and Ben was more than helpful. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Short stay at Peninsula Esacape, Safety Beach

We had a very pleasant stay & found everything easy & comfortable. The beach is very close & the shops a nice walk away. Lots of restaurants & no need to drive! It was a tad cold at night in the living area which is big & open. Take an extra layer for the evenings in the cooler months.

Awesome family getaway

The property was clean, tidy and very welcoming. Everything we needed was at the house and it comfortably fitted our family of 6. It was walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the shops and so close to so many fantastic holiday activities. The owner was easy to communicate with and the instructions were easy to follow. Would highly recommend and I'm sure we'll visit again!

Location central for travelling the peninsula

Position good for some local shopping and we travelled byond Portsea, stopped at beaches along the way, did the Cable Car and wild life sanctuaries, climbed the lookout at Sorrento back beach and generally explred a lot of the Peninsula. Furniture down stairs in the unit was old and broken and uncomfortable. Garage was excellent.

Relaxing stay

The property was really good but needs a little more details like in the laundry the washing machine was left it with clothes and the dryer was full of clothes the plates at kitchen was really dirty the couch you seat and opens it self the recliner too old!! No tea or coffee at least put a few for the arrival the bathroom no soap and the owner wants 5 star I don’t think so and the location is not good too noisy that street

I'm so sorry this guest didn't enjoy their stay. You will see based on the other reviews for the property that this guest was an annomoly. Unfortunately this guest actually booked the wrong day to come and didn't realise they booked the wrong day. Perhaps there were just a bit upset with themselves and wanted to nitpick. I did not receive any form of communication from the guest that they were unhappy with anything. There is hand wash provided in all bathrooms with extra in the garage. I believe they are referring to shampoo and conditioner that is not provided nor advertised with the listing. The dryer is also not advertised with the listing, the cleaners use the washer and dryer on-site to help reduce cleaning costs. Both are available for guests to use during their stay if they need to. The recliner is the most comfy couch, however, very very ugly. There is a photo of it in the listing and I won't be replacing it until it breaks as I LOVE sitting on it when I'm there. If the dishes have been put away dirty by the previous guests the cleaners are not rummaging through the cupboards to check that people cleaned everything before they put it away. I think you just assume if the guests have put it away they cleaned it. In relation to the location the actual location is shown on the listing and is 100m to the water. Perhaps if you're after something sound proof getting a listing a little further than 100m from the water would be a better choice. My suggestion would be just check the listing and dates correctly before making a booking and if you're not happy with something getting the host to actually help you during your stay instead of just writing a bad review. Please note I'm not saying my place is the W hotel I'm just trying to provide a cute affordable place for a group of people to stay in a great location close to the beach. I will continue to do so and hope that 9.5/10 guests enjoy their stay and continue to hope that people book the right dates 🤞

As a group of five retirees, we found the accommodation to be well-appointed, conveniently located and excellent value for money. Our only disappointment was the rather inclement weather which limited our enjoyment of the peninsula golf courses. However, that is a risk that you take in August. We’ll be back in the summer

Benjamin was fantastic with comms, very clear and concise information about check in and super prompt with replies. Place was beautifully presented and clean and the beds very comfortable. Travelled in the first week of June so very, very cold with rain and low temps. Would have loved to walk into a warm room and the place took a while to heat with low settings on remotes. Won’t stop us from visiting again though.

You can see by my years of reviews that my houses and locations are great. I hope that you will love the house that I provide for your stay. All that I ask is you respect the house like it is your own. You wouldn't believe the damage that some groups cause and the things that people steal and break which isn't the purpose of your stay or the accommodation.

I am born and bred in Melbourne but have spent time living abroad in Italy and England. I love travelling and my aim is to provide another great place for groups of people to come and stay.
