The Space:
Hermano Farm Stay is located in the secluded and rural locality of Turill, 3 hours away from the vibrant cosmopolitan city of Newcastle. It's one of the best tiny homes in the region, with award-winning wineries, a wildlife reserve, and bucolic country communities far away from the hustle and bustle of the large metropolis.

Explore exciting attractions, just 28 minutes from the 19th-century gold rush town of Gulgong and 42 minutes away from Mudgee wineries such as Lowe Wines, Moothi Estate, and an hour's drive away from Goulburn River National Park. A wildlife refuge that is home to kangaroos, wombats, emus, goannas, platypus, and a vast variety of birds.

A cozy tiny house of approx 155-square feet with a queen-sized bed, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that we operate a working farm in the Mudgee area. We would also like to advise guests that there will be some animal and farmyard noise during their stay.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. If you're interested, we also have pre-orders (equipment and activities) listed below by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs before arrival.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 3 hrs drive from Newcastle
- 3 hrs drive from Charlestown
- 4 hrs, 11 mins drive from Sydney. 4WD vehicles are preferred.

By public transport: We advise guests to travel by private vehicle for easy travel to and from nearby towns.

Other Things to Note:
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Pets are allowed; please send prior notice to the host
- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas
- Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, 2degrees & Spark have weak signal
- Please be advised that we have farm animals and potential noise on our property
- Pets need to be kept on lead at all times as farm animals are present on the property
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
