The beach holiday house, styled to match its name, is the spacious bottom level of the home containing 2 bedrooms - Queen bed in one & 2 King single beds in the other. The sunny kitchen area with a large dining table for the family meals is well-resourced with appliances to enjoy the process. A comfortable spacious lounge/family room is completed with games, puzzles, books and DVD’s to enjoy the down time when not at nearby Elliott Heads Beach. The property is situated on a large block affording plenty of room to enjoy some outdoor leisure activities or a friendly game of cricket.
