Great location! We walked everywhere. Great restaurants, parks, a local food hall and cafes close by were all in a 5 mins walk. There was a grocery store a few blocks down and it had everything-- fresh bread, snacks, and drinks. Very clean unit and comfortable beds-- there were 6 of us so we all had a bed to sleep on.Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1am, so we appreciated that there was a security guard to let us in. Our host also recommended transportation since we were arriving late.I'd recommend to bring shower gel and earplugs (if you are sensitive to noise from the weekend club and neighbor dogs).Overall our group enjoyed our stay and would return!
We stayed here for one week. It was a girl's trip and none of us had ever been to Mexico City. The location of the condo was perfect. We also picked it because we each got our own bedroom, there were two to a bathroom, and we did laundry in the condo so we didn't have to pack as many clothes. The host was super communicative and very kind and helpful throughout the whole stay. I would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again.
Overall this location was amazing! The neighborhood is fantastic and it is super convenient to many things our group wanted to do as well as a ton of great bars and restaurants. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go! Communication with the property management was incredibly easy and very fast, both leading up to our trip and during. Our check-in was unfortunately delayed but they were kind enough to offer us a late check-out in return. The space was well cleaned and the building is guarded at all hours of the day and they were always there to let us in and out. It's not really a luxury space, but as far as affordable spots that meet all needs this was perfect.
This was a clean, modern, and fun place for our group of 7 to stay in one of CDMX’s best neighborhoods. We had plenty of space, friendly security officers, and a stocked kitchen with a full refrigerator. You’re within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a great park. I also recommend checking out the Ecobici app, where you can get a cheap pass to rent the public bicycles located throughout the city. Roma Norte is nicely situated to explore the city by bike, especially because many of the streets have dedicated bus/bike lanes. I recommend this place!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! 🌟 We're delighted to hear that our property was a perfect fit for your group of seven, offering both comfort and a prime location in one of CDMX's most vibrant neighborhoods. It's great to know you enjoyed the nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and that our well-equipped kitchen and friendly security staff made your stay even better. 🚴♂️ Roma Norte truly is an ideal spot for exploring the city, especially by bike! We're thrilled you made the most of it. We hope to welcome you back soon! 😊
You get what you pay for. This place reminded us that staying in hotels really does beat staying in rentals. The place was very clean, but there were other things that made our stay less comfortable. It was noisy. We were there for seven days and there was construction all day long in the building. There was a dog we felt terrible for that would bark all night long (probably after its owner left for work), and there’s at least three bars/clubs with blasting music every night. The walls are also super thin and the doors in the unit make a ton of noise every time someone gets up to go to the bathroom. There was a funky smell in the unit and we couldn’t figure out if it was the drain that leaked a smell, or if the unit was just stuffy. We left the windows open but the mosquitoes came in.There were some basic necessities that were broken like the lights on the nightstand as well as the outlet you need to plug your phone in to every night. The twin rooms are very small with no room for your luggage, but they also don’t provide enough hangers. The registration process was annoying. You have to upload ID’s through a link they send (outside the app) and they are communicating with you through email, text, and the app. I’m used to the communication being central in the app so this was very annoying. They are very responsive though so that’s a plus. The door people are super nice! The beds were relatively comfortable. Hot water was great! There’s more but I’m out of space….

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found the apartment clean, appreciated the comfortable beds, reliable hot water, and had positive interactions with the building staff. We are sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As the property is located in a vibrant urban area, nearby nightlife, city activity, and occasional building construction can sometimes result in noise that is unfortunately beyond our control. We understand how this may have impacted your comfort. We also apologize for the issues you experienced inside the unit, including the odor concerns, the nightstand lights and outlet, and the limited storage space in the twin bedrooms. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and operations teams so they can inspect and address these items.
Regarding the registration process, we understand that completing verification outside the booking platform can feel inconvenient. However, this is a requirement of the building and helps us maintain security for all residents and guests. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our team's responsiveness throughout the process. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities for improvement, and we truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
