Consisting of 3 Master Bedrooms with their own private ensuites and 2 standard large bedrooms. 2 of the Master Bedrooms are facing north with marina view to watch the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening through its own private balcony in upstairs or floor-to-ceiling large window in downstairs. Each bedroom includes its own reverse cycle air conditioner for complete comfort coupled with brand new beds.

Downstairs accommodate 4 bedrooms and a third bathroom, a separate living area with Kitchenette and TV with gaming console. The living area in downstairs has a sofa bed which can be converted into 6th bedroom if required.

Upstairs includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with island bench to accommodate a large group of guests. Huge balcony facing north with panoramic marina and sea view is fully equipped with outdoor BBQ bench, new BBQ facilities, new outdoor table, and chairs, where you can enjoy the marina breeze and share a cup of wine with your family and friends. A private and resort style 5th bedroom in upstairs is a Master Bedroom with this own private balcony and free-standing bath, where you can enjoy the marina view when you are taking bath!

On the top of above, the ground floor undercover outdoor entertaining area has a second gas BBQ and dining table for guest use, if you are BBQ lovers, you can still enjoy your BBQ in windy weather in ground floor!!! If you've recently been fishing or to the beach, take advantage of the outdoor shower and fish cleaning station with hot and cold water service in the backyard. This house has been very carefully designed and set-up for all your need for relax holiday.


There is free Wi-Fi available at the property so you can enjoy all your favourite shows on each of the Smart TV's located at the property.

Head over the road and throw a line into the Marina, or Wallaroo Jetty is less 5 mins drive to catch squid and crab for your dinner.
