Discover paradise in this chic New Smyrna Beach condo! Nestled on the 4th floor of Sea Coast Gardens III, you are met with a beautiful view of the No-Drive Beach and Atlantic Ocean directly from your private balcony. The condo's interior has been completely renovated and features pristine, white furnishings accented with lively tropical prints. Enjoy the many shared onsite amenities including beach access stairs, multiple beachfront pools, a rare kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, and gas grills.

This condo is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for one dog weighing 25lbs or less. The dog must be housebroken, neutered or spayed and cannot be less than one (1) year old. Breed restrictions apply.

This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024.

Wonderful week…

This is our second time renting in Sea Coast Gardens as our teens love it. It’s away from the drive beach, so it’s quiet and away from the chaos. The unit was adorable, very clean and well stocked upon arriving. The rental company left us trash bags, liquid soap, paper towels, tp and dishwasher tabs for the week. My husband made the rental company aware of some issues with the beach chairs and towels, and much to our surprise the owner showed up one morning as we were leaving for the day with new beach towels and Tommy Bahama chairs to replace the broken ones. (Thank you!) The unit is favorable as it does not get the morning sun which can be blinding! Great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The only thing to mention is that the unit is next to the elevator shaft… the elevators are close to the bedr

Amazing property, terrible property manager

First Our family loves NSB!. Secondly, this property is in a great location, off the drive beach. Last it Is decorated so cute! However, We were to check in at 4 pm. When we were less than 10 minutes away they called to let us know that the property hadn’t even been started to clean and it would take several hours to clean. They told us we could go there to get the parking pass so we could atleast park our car, upon arrival the condo had clearly been cleaned except the bedroom. The master bedroom had clearly JUST been slept in and the master bathroom was sandy. The cleaner than arrived very upset with why we were inside even though we were told to go in. She said it would be several hours until the condo was clean. Putting us at 7pm at night to even get inside and settled with our two small children. It didn’t make any sense as we could see the place had been cleaned except the master. All the company offered us was the cleaning fee back even though we basically lost that whole day. They called to try to justify the problem the next day after being passed from one person to the next. Only to be told that the ac unit would need to be replaced while we were staying there and someone would need to be in the unit for 7/8 hrs! Then after we refused they never called to let us know and sent the repair men out anyway. They were banging loudly on the door without any notice or call ahead at 8 am and woke my children up. The place was great but I’d never rent again from great ocean
