This quaint 1934 English cottage nestled amongst grand oaks features a master bedroom with doors leading to the private back garden.
Available for 6 months from 15 Oct to 15 April 2024
Fully furnished with bed linens, towels and kitchen utensils, pots ,pans and crockery and microwave The separate dining room and a living room is bright with morning sun. There is another room that could be a study or hobby or media room. Hardwood floors throughout.
Washer and drier.
There is a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and off street parking. It is in an excellent location (very high walking score -86- in a residential neighborhood on Cook street a block from Quadra. Bus stop and Thrifty’s grocery store is 100 metres walk
All utilities and Wifi are included.
$80 cleaning fee on move out.
Dog considered with pet deposit No Cats
