About this property

Bedroom opens up to a large private treed backyard. One off street parking spot available. Kitchen was recently renovated and is well appointed and modern. Bright office space at the front of the house with good Wi-Fi. Desk and good lighting for work time. Lots of opportunities for walking, running or riding as the house is very near a recreation centre, a golf course, a lovely chip trail and protected bike routes. UVic is 4 km away and Camosun is about 2km. There is a big grocery store about 5 minutes walk away. The home is centrally located and a short walk to Mayfair Mall. A direct bus to downtown is about 6 minutes away. The neighbourhood is safe, family- friendly and participates in Block Watch. We have great and friendly neighbours. The excellent Italian Bakery is a short walk as well as a Vietnamese restaurant and a Red Robin restaurant.
