Marigot Beach 1105 is a lovely Oceanfront Condo, sleeping 4 in comfort and style. Serene and simple, this 1 Bedroom/1.5 Bath home with a Private Oceanfront Balcony has all you need for a quick couple retreat or an affordable family getaway, even an indoor Pool!

The open Living Area is the perfect space to relax and reconnect with your family. Comfy Furnishings, including a Queen Sleeper Sofa, are perfect to sink into and enjoy the Free Building WiFi, watch a movie on TV, or enjoy a Family Game night while watching the moon dance on the ocean. Slip out to enjoy the Private Oceanfront Balcony and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play in the surf. There is also a Washer/Dryer and Full Bath with Shower/Tub Combo convenient to the Living Area and the Bedroom.

The Kitchen has all you need for preparing family meals - you’ll love having all the comforts of home available right at your fingertips! Longing for a break from cooking? Take a night out and enjoy all the wonderful dining that is a short walk from the Marigot Beach!

It was an amazing view and all that I expected the kitchen was good for cooking so we didn't have to go out we could enjoy The View as much as we want it we will be back for my husband's birthday I can tell he liked it because he wanted to come back on his birthday June 5th thank you so much Amy and Valerie

This apartment served it's purpose. It has a nice view of the beach/ocean and the building is just steps away. It's a fair distance from the OC boardwalk so a car is definitely needed during the stay. The parking lot is a little confusing and the room wasn't super clean when we arrived. Overall it was ok.

The best views, beach and bay!

It's in a very good location, with stores and markets near by. We had a wonderful time. Everything was ready when we got there. Kitchen had everything you need including two coffee makers. The one and half bath was a great addition. Minor issue, the bed squeaks on one side, The balcony was facing the beach and hearing the water was very calming. The building itself was clean with nice pool, hot tub, ice and snacks.

A little underwhelmed

I paid more than I would a hotel because I wanted comfort and relaxation. When we got there they had all of our linens in a trash bag and we had to make our own bed. There was a mysterious white stain on the couch. They gave us hotel bar soap to wash our hands with and just lay it on the counter. It's right on the beach, which was awesome, but I couldn't have the sliding doors open or sit on the balcony because of the pot smell. (I understand they can't do anything about that). I just feel like I could have paid less money and stay in a hotel room with the same "amenities".

Renter's remorse

Property photos misleading... showed a sundeck and indoor pool. Deck was removed and the pool was closed for repairs. Didn't see a single repairman the entire week. The tub drain was clogged... the tub filled and you stood in filthy water as you showered - Drano did not help. Maid service was hit or miss... litter left in hallway, sandy floors, sticky countertops, dried on food on frying pan, clothes dryer drum is rusty, kitchen appliances showing their age and a squeaky bed. Sparkling clean bedroom, comfortable mattress, acceptable balcony chairs with small side table and fabulous view from balcony. Building entrance is poorly marked from highway and address on road sign is different than what is on building.

Unfortunately, there was a pipe leaking beneath the pool that required the repairs that you noted. This was completely unforseen, but we understand the disappointment.
