This is a centrally located Airbnb not far from Cape Breton's greatest attractions. The Fortress of Louisbourg is just 30 mins away. The Cabot Trail is not far away with great beaches and epic scenery. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. Comfie place is an open concept 1 bedroom unit with all amneties of home. Washer & dryer included. The queen size bed is extremely comfie with a nice duvet. Bbq, firepit, patio table and lawn recliners there for your use. Wireless internet & bell cable tv .
The space
Thankyou in advance for taking your time to consider staying at my place and it is greatly appreciated. This is an open concept one bedroom guesthouse. It has a 40 inch smart tv, couch, table,queen sized bed, washer, dryer, fridge, stove, and microwave. Equipped with all the essentials of home to cook a nice meal. The full bathroom has a tub and shower. Internet & Tv connection is very fast and is provided by Bell Aliant. Located in the fenced in back yard is a bonfire pit with patio chairs to enjoy during the summer months. Nice patio area as well to enjoy.
Guest access
When arriving go to the back door to enter and exit. There will be a parking sign on the lot where you can park. The Sydney waterfront which is home to the Big Fiddle is just 10 mins away , enjoy some really nice restaurants such as Flavour on the water or Governor's . We are just 15 mins from the Newfoundland ferry. The Airport is 20 mins away. The world famous Cabot Trail awaits you with its breathtaking views or try the Fortress of Louisbourg just 30 mins away. Many different world renowned golf courses at your disposal such as The Cabot Cliff's or The Lakes just to name a few. So many great things to do on our island i cannot possibly mention them all in this listing. Enjoy your vacation on our Cape Breton Island as i personally welcome you here from my family to yours.There is a back patio with patio furniture. Firepit is also set up for your use.
Other things to note
Please leave the place the way you found it & please take outside shoes off at the door. No parties permitted on the property. This is a non-smoking home . There is a designated smoking area in the back area. This is a quiet residential area so please respect my place and the neighbors. Thanks Vanessa
