Small private room in a shared 7 bedroom house 3.5 shared bathroom home on Frankton rd. This special place is close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. It offers a good balance between easy access to all the necessary amenities and a beautiful natural environment. Located conveniently halfway between Frankton and Queenstown CBD you can find yourself near the bus stop in minutes as well as other local attractions that this beautiful town has to offer. The downstairs room is cozy and inviting and a good option for hosting a single traveler or a couple. The room is located downstairs so you'll get to hear steps from the floor upstairs.

The quiet zone is between 11 pm and 7 am.
This property is close to the main Frankton Rd so there is some road noise, if you are a light sleeper, BYO - Bring Your Own ear plugs.
We try to keep everything as clean and tidy as possible to have a nice, respectful and clean environment for everyone in the house. We don't have a cleaner who comes in to do this to keep the cost down for everyone who stays. That's why we clean up after ourselves, for example, dishes, utensils and facilities (don't leave grease pans or messy stoves after using them). We keep our food and belongings in our room because other guests stay in the house, so the common areas are always clear, and we expect you to do the same.
PLEASE be aware and make sure you put your key back in the lockbox before your check-out time. You can do it the night before to ensure you've put it back. The extra cost of replacement for this Security Key is $150.
