About this property

Walking distance to town with stunning views

Superb dress-circle location, with views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables. The house is only a short stroll into Queenstown. Large windows and skylights make the interior airy, bright and sun-filled. Views from the house begin with the beautiful azure waters of Lake Wakatipu and reach from The Remarkables all the way round past the Kelvin Heights golf course down the lake to Mount Nicholas.

This property has lots of stairs and is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
This is not a party house.
The garage is shared with 16A The Terrace

The garage is shared with 16A The Terrace. There is 1 car park inside the garage and one car park outside the garage for for 16B and the same for 16A. Please only park in the allotted parking areas and do not block our other guests. Please take note of the height restrictions for the garage.

We use professional cleaners and hired linen to ensure our home is cleaned to the highest standards and COVID protocols.

Don't forget to ask about the option of hiring a spa pool.

If mountain-biking is your plan, this is the perfect base in Queenstown - just a short ride from the house is access to the Frankton Track which leads to endless tracks in the area. There is plenty of storage space for bikes in the garage.

Just a 10 - 15 minute walk to Central Queenstown (depending on how many times you stop to look at the view and your walking speed) - access to all buses and taxis from there. Ski buses stop on Frankton Road as well.

Amazing!
This house has the most wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Overnight, I enjoyed stargazing through the living room skylights. Town is just a short walk along the lake. The house was just perfect!
