Breath-taking 360 degree views of the stunning surrounding farmland & out to the ocean & gorgeous coastline of Pukehina. Leave the stress of the city behind relax unwind and just be in this exceptional Rural Family/Group Retreat with unsurpassed privacy ideal for reconnecting with nature & your loved ones. Relax around the pool sip wine in the spa pool melt away your worries in the sauna or be entertained with home cinema games room with table tennis & pool table & massive trampoline! n nThis is an older farm house spacious homely and welcoming nothing flashy or modern. n nThe spa pool is hot but the pool is not heated great in summer and good for a dip after the sauna then into the spa pool! n nThe pool can be heated with advanced notice it takes three days and $1200 to heat to 38 degrees then $200 per day to keep it there and this at the guests expense :) Please let us know if you would like this option in advance. n nThis is an operating farm and the farm manager and farm dogs are usually somewhere within a 5 km radius
