Great location and modern interior

Walking distance to Terrigal shops and beach, interior of apartment has been renovated, layout and facilities are great. Washer and dryer especially.

We stayed at Cumbernauld for 6 nights with two teenagers and overall had a good stay. The apartment is spacious and well located near the beach and shops.However, the building itself is very dated, with tired common areas, no lift to the third floor, and a poorly lit entrance and car park after 9pm. The car park also has numerous potholes. Major construction next door may also partially obstruct the beach view once completed.Overall, comfortable and convenient, but next time in Terrigal I would pay a little extra for a newer apartment with a more modern and luxurious holiday feel.
