As you enter the gorgeous villa, you will step onto the elegant bamboo flooring in the open family room, which offers leather sofas and a swivel chair where you can watch your favorite movies on the large 42” HD TV with DVD, Blu-ray, cable, and free on-demand movies.  This home includes (200mpbs) high-speed internet to power all your favorite devices. Whether you’re on a laptop, smartphone,
tablet, gaming console, smart TV, or all of the above, you will find it easy for everyone in your home to do it all online.

The dining area features a large wooden dining room table with six chairs for everyone to gather and enjoy a wonderful meal together.  There is also a separate lounge, which boasts a large leather sectional couch to watch your favorite cable TV show or enjoy a DVD.  The cozy, quaint kitchen includes all of the major appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, range/oven, large refrigerator/freezer, ice-maker, rice maker, juicer, and a rotisserie to boot!

The master bedroom features a full-sized bed, cable TV and a spacious walk-in closet, with an en-suite bathroom providing double sinks, and bathtub/shower.  The second guest bedroom offers a full-sized bed as well, and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower. The third and fourth guest bedrooms each offer cozy twin beds for 2 guests to share a room.  The laundry room features a large washer/drier, iron, and ironing board.
