This second floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom economy-rated condominium features two decks, one overlooking the Roaring Fork River. Riverview Condos are six blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Condo amenities include a wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV in the main living area, a barbecue grill on the river deck, and a washer/dryer.

Second bedroom: Two Twin beds, convertible into King

Complex amenities at the Riverview Condominiums include a heated pool, hot tub, and on-site free parking. Guests receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.) The pool is currently no heated and will be fixed as soon as possible.
