Overlooking Collin St and Swanston St, this two bedroom high-rise apartment lies opposite Town Hall Stop 6 and overlooks the rest of Collins St and Town Hall. It is a short distance from famous cafes on Flinders Lane, groceries at Coles and Woolworths and from restaurants set along Swanston Street. Travelling to most parts of the CBD is covered under the Free Tram Zone, meaning you will not need a Myki (public transport) card or pay fares.

As you enter the apartment, to your right is a spacious bathroom with a shower-bathtub, the wash basin and a toilet seat. This arrangement maximises the space and convenience as you move from toilet seat to shower or to wash up. Connected to the bathroom is the Master bedroom with a wall to wall en suite mirror wardrobe, complete with drawers and a shoe rack. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and Heritage branded supportive pillows.

Gently sliding the door of the Master bedroom and entering the corridor, to your right is the second bedroom, furnished with another Queen sized bed. There’s no wardrobe for this room but it’s spacious enough to fit your clothes, or drag the clothes rack for a makeshift wardrobe. Leaving the second bedroom and continuing forward into the hallway, you will experience the open spaced full kitchen, complete with premium cookware, and heritage dining ware. The cupboards are proudly stocked with Vittoria Coffee, QLD Black Tea and raw sugar from North Queensland. A wooden chopping board and Raco Knife set means you can prepare anything from bread, vegetables to meat. The full sized Fisher & Paykel fridge contains Light and Full Cream Milk for you to tailor the perfect tea or coffee. The rest of the apartment is furnished with Scandinavian inspired furniture built from solid wood instead of the typical chipboard and veneer. This means it is solid and durable. Glass artefacts contrast the wood. For your entertainment, is a 42” LG TV and Xbox Console with a selection of games including Walking Dead, Fifa, Call of Duty and more. APARTMENT - HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
Very disappointed with this centrally located 2 bedroom apartment (which was the only thing going for it!) 1. Main bedroom - Pillows/Pillowcase had stains on them! 2. Apartment was not vacuumed! 3. Microwave was disgusting! 4. Not even a teatowel to dry up with! Asked for all of this to be cleaned but kept getting excuses why they could not get to the apartment. I would not recommend this place (unless you are a pig)
