From Melbourne Airport: Take the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. Then take a train (Craigieburn line) to Flinders Street Station. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from Flinders Street Station.

House Rules

By staying at this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following rules:

a) No smoking inside. Any evidence of smoking inside will incur an additional $150.00 cleaning fee on your account (this includes cigarettes butts, ash inside the property or the smell of cigarettes).

b) No guests or visitors without prior approval.

c) No pets allowed.

d) Please be respectful of neighbours who share the apartment building and minimise all noise between 10pm – 7am.

e) Strictly no parties or events whatsoever. If any of these occur, guests will be will be escorted from the property immediately. There will be no second chances. An additional $300 cleaning fee is payable if we deem sufficient evidence that a party or event has occurred.

f) A $30 per hour late check out fee will apply for guests present in the apartment after 11am unless a late checkout has previously been agreed too in writing. This is to cover the cost of our cleaners waiting for you to depart.

g) Loss of key and swipe will incur a $150 charge for replacement. Please advise immediately when key and swipe are lost. Two sets of keys are provided upon check in.

h) Treat the property as if it was your own home and when departing, ensure the property is in the same state as it was found when you checked in. Please keep it clean and tidy, washing up in the kitchen after yourself.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.

Perfect location for Moomba, cleanliness let it down.
The location of this property is AMAZING! We stayed in the city for Moomba weekend so from the balcony we couldn't have had better seats for the fireworks. The view is spectacular across the trains & Yarra and I could sit there all day just watching the world go by ☺️. Check in was delayed an hour as the cleaners weren’t done which was fine as we spent the morning at my sisters HOWEVER I would have preferred a phone call to notify me of this rather than an email 1 minute to the original check in time. When we arrived the only lockbox we could see wouldn’t work & Shannon wasn’t answering his calls-turns out the cleaners still weren’t done over an hour past the 3pm check in, if we were hanging around in the city it would have been hard to have to wait that long with a little one. I had to email Shannon twice about a few things in order to get a reply. The apartment really needs a deep clean, I think when you can write your name in the dust it is time!!! It was so bad I had to get a face cloth & go over the surfaces so my little one wouldn’t get dust all over her hands. The mirrors in both bathrooms and bedrooms were streaky & had finger prints on them. The wall tiles behind the toilet had splatter marks. There were soiled towels in the washing machine. The previous guests t shirt was hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The bathrooms clearly hadn’t been vacuumed as there were long black hairs in both bathrooms. The shelves in shaving cabinets were covered in old toothpaste. The hand pumps in both bathrooms were empty. We notified Shannon via email of the dust & he just thanked me for letting him know… Shannon, I think you really need to go and see the place for yourself as the standard of clean really lets it down. There is Knick knacks scattered throughout and it gives the sense that the apartment is teeny weeny, removing some furniture eg rhino head & random vases would help it to feel more spacious but now I’m being picky. It made me question the cleanliness of everything else ie plates, cutlery, towels so we washed everything before we used them. Would we stay again? Heck yes, if I was assured a deep clean had taken place otherwise I would look elsewhere as I didn’t feel comfortable letting my daughter explore knowing how dirty it was-I wouldn’t even let her crawl on the floor there was so many stains on the carpets & it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. It’s all about location for this one!

Melb train experience
My husband, daughter and so I’m law and 2 yr old stayed at Shannon’s place. It was absolutely perfect for us. Our little grandson was fascinated by the trains and this had to be a highlight of our stay. My ONLY criticism is that ithe apartment is a little cluttered( but that’s because we had a curious 2 yr o ok’d) Thanks for allowing us to stay.
