Spacious main floor suite with *two-and-a half separate sitting areas / living spaces*, 2 big patio doors leading onto a 40-ft deck, and views overlooking tall trees, the valley, and the hills beyond, in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with extensive forest trails starting just two blocks away.

Central to everything -- groceries, restaurants, and golf are just a 3-minute drive, downtown & beaches are 7 minutes, and UBCO is 9 minutes away.

Experienced host has consistently maintained SuperHost status for more than 8 years on another platform, with great reviews.

This was our primary home before making it available to guests, so it's well stocked with everything you'll need.

This suite has recently been opened up for Airbnb guests, so if you'd like more information about our home, check out the 80+ glowing reviews for the ground-level suite I've been Super-hosting for the last 8.5 years in the same house. (Just click on my photo at the bottom of the page). The top floor is considerably larger than the lower floor... and guests always comment on how spacious the *lower* suite is for their families!

The main floor suite has both a living room and a family room, dining area to seat 6 (8 with leaf), 3 big bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sunny back deck, and a bonus area off of the well-stocked kitchen with work desk and a cozy tea / reading corner for one. Kitchen comes with gas range, family-size fridge, dishwasher, and skylight. You'll have this entire suite / floor to yourself, with shared washer/dryer just down the stairs.

Central heat and A/C.

Master Bedroom has king size bed, his n' hers closets, ceiling fan, and full ensuite with tub/shower.

Second bedroom has Queen bed, victorian desk, and ceiling fan, with large full bathroom immediately outside the door.

Third bedroom has fold-down, queen size sofa bed with comfortable mattress, plus an office desk, with large full bathroom immediately outside the door (shared with 2nd bedroom). A twin airbed can also be set up in this room - please inquire.

Family room comes with queen-size hide-a-bed.

A delightful bonus: you can often see deer from the family and dining room windows, peacefully resting in the backyard in the sunny afternoons or late at night.

Another potential bonus: if you need an extra bedroom for friends or family during your stay, our neighbour immediately across the street is also a Superhost and may have a room available in her home. Her Airbnb listing title is "Private room in home hosted by Leslie".
Guest access
One covered parking space is reserved for your sole use in the carport. (For any time period that the lower suite is vacant, you're welcome to use both carport parking spaces.)

It may also be possible to park a 2nd car in the driveway, behind the one in the carport.

Apart from this, there is also free street parking.
Other things to note
DOGS:

Dogs are welcome, with the following considerations:
* they aren't likely to damage anything, including scratching or tearing the furniture, carpets, or bedding.
* they won't be left alone in the suite if they're likely to bark or make noise for those staying in the other suite, for extended periods of time (occasional barking is fine).
* they're kept in the large kitchen & "bistro" area any time they're left alone.
* you pack a towel to wipe your dog's feet with before coming into the suite, when necessary.
* you immediately pick up your dog's droppings from the yard (the neighbourhood and nearby trails are wonderful for dog walks, too!).
