Perfectly positioned on Collins Street, just footsteps to the bustling Flinders Lane lined with cafes, returaunts and boutique shopping, this cosy apartment is ideal for business travellers and couples. An open plan living area framed by floor-to-ceiling windows offers an L-shaped lounge and work desks with monitors, plus a piano and carefully curated music collection to keep you entertained. The apartment offers a fully-equipped kitchen, plush queen bedroom, in-unit laundry and paid parking.
Bright and open, this central apartment boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, timber floors and plush furnishings. A private Juliette balcony offers stunning views of the city where you can watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Kick back in the living area in front of the large flat screen TV and browse our massive DVD collection for a relaxing night in. There is also plenty music equipment (CDs, a piano, computer and speakers) for those who want to express their musical talent.
The modern kitchen is fully stocked with spices and cooking condiments, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, and cooking appliances including an oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The dining table seats four and offers a comfortable space to gather for a home cooked meals when you aren't out enjoying the dozens of eateries nearby.
Come evening, rest easy in the comfy queen size bed flanked by side tables and reading lamps and power outlets by the bed. Sore your belongings in the sliding door mirror wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom includes shower with strong water pressure, toilet, basin and organic toiletries. In-unit laundry facilities can be found in the closet just outside the bathroom.
Paid garage parking is available next door and there's also limited street parking.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
