It was fine

The floor is so cold, if you plan on someone sleeping in the living room you need to cover the door cracks with blankets because it's not sealed well and it will be freezing. There was only one parking pass, we reached out for another one and there was no response. Overall the stay was fine but it was cold most of the time in the living room.

Nice place, management unresponsive.

The property is really nice, well furnished. But there are a couple things you should know. The first thing you need to know is that this place is a long walk from parking. Which is important when it has snowed 20” and you have to make several trips from the car. Next, you will have contact info of the local property management, but don’t bother, they are unresponsive. Admittedly, I only used the email because it wasn’t urgent (main issues were cable didn’t work in main room when we arrived, there was no parking pass for our vehicle an tv in bunk room has no sound). Perhaps they do answer phone calls?

Owner's response: "Steve, We are very glad that you enjoyed your overall stay and that you enjoyed the property and found it well furnished. We're sorry that you ran into a couple of issues. - The walk from the parking lot is indeed long and you are correct when you're walking in snow it can be frustrating. The HOA does the best it can to mitigate snow and apply ice melt to keep it safe and usable. - We have spoken to PMI Steamboat about the communication issues. We hope that this gets resolved in the future. - We have been dealing with the internet and cable outages for a few weeks and the solution has been to restart the modem and cable box. This is inconvenient but all internet is managed through the HOA and we are working on a solution with them. - We will look into the TV in the bunk room, we're sorry we did not know there was a problem. - We apologize for not having the parking passes but they seem to keep walking away and it's hard to keep two of them stocked. We have made some copies that we have on hand for PMI to pass out when needed. We're trying to stay on top of this. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."
