Inside, you’ll find a cosy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and reverse-cycle heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this relaxed city stay offers unbeatable access to Melbourne’s trendy cafés, shops, restaurants, and cultural landmarks—all within the free tram zone.
Step into a one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Bathed in natural light and thoughtfully furnished, this inviting apartment blends modern comforts with warm, mid-century charm. Relax in the living area with a smart TV, comfy seating, and leafy glimpses of the iconic State Library through large windows.
Prepare simple meals in the compact yet well-equipped kitchen, featuring a gas stovetop, microwave, small fridge, kettle, cutlery, dishes, and wine glasses. Share a relaxed meal or morning coffee at the dining table for two.
Sleep soundly in the double bed dressed in fresh linen, with built-in mirrored wardrobes to organise your belongings. After an active day, refresh in the bathroom with a rainfall shower, toilet, and vanity.
Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning for year-round comfort and the convenience of secure keyless entry. Laundry facilities are available within the building and operate on a pay-per-use basis—easy for short stays, though something to consider if you're planning a longer visit.
**Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some necessities are also provided, but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you want to receive mail, you will need to have it sent to the local post office for pickup.
Please note that some of the apartments are owned by Unilodge, a provider of student accommodation, and some are privately owned. This apartment is privately owned.
We are no longer able to provide lockbox access due to new council rules. Our greeting service will get in touch after you book to arrange the key handover. *Please note there is an additional fee of $35 after 9 pm for key handover, and if you are running late to meet our greeting person, please let us know asap. We will need to charge $50 per hour for late arrival to meet our greeter.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
