North of Melbourne CBD, just above Brunswick, you’ll find a bright and contemporary two-bedroom apartment that offers loads of light, mid-century furniture and an outdoor balcony with city views. You’ll be just 12 minutes’ walk from Coburg Train Station and 4 minutes’ walk from the number 19 tram.
Just around the corner you’ll find Merri Creek parklands—a green sanctuary of bike trails and walking tracks that is frequented by locals and offers the ultimate place to relax and unwind.
Looking out over the city, enjoy living like a local in Coburg from the base of a bright and stylish two-bedroom apartment fit with all the modern conveniences.
Please note, construction has finished adjacent to the building and there is now another building where you see the cranes in the photos.

Two bright bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, wall heaters, portable fans and built-in mirrored wardrobes so you can really unpack and settle in; while an immaculate bathroom has a spacious vanity, toilet and shower.
Additional luxuries include high-speed Wi-Fi, secure off street parking and a laundry area with a washing machine and a dryer. Please note, the car space is located in a parking garage opposite the apartment building.
**The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.
**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
